PRICING STRATEGY

As a new organization, it is important that Calvary Entertainment adopt a competitive pricing strategy. Much of what is charged for a single ticket to a performance depends on production and venue costs, and ticket sales comparison and pricing models of our competitors within our target market. Some ticket prices will vary from city to city, but a fixed bottom line pricing for ticket sales will be set at a fixed rate at each venue. The average ticket price for theatrical performances range is from $35 to $60.

PROMOTION STRATEGY

Churches, schools, business, and community centers within our target market are viable places to establish and nurture relationships with in order to promote an increase in audience members. A major factor for our promotion will be the use of radio advertisements. The promotions of our entertainment productions will be played in: 30 second time slots on African- American gospel, rhythm and blues, and contemporary radio stations within our market. Since our market are working to middle class consumers, and travel frequently via automobiles to and from work, we will be able to reach and promote our productions to the majority of our market, within a dense time frame.
