Cliff earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre from the University of Houston.   Cliff has worked with leading American theatre directors and producers such as the late Dr. Sidney Berger, C. Lee Turner, Edward Albee, Dan Knechtges, Hillary Hart, Dr. Ted Shine.  Cliff has produced, directed, and performed in over 75 theatrical productions, over a 20-year period.  Cliff previously served as Director of Education for Theatre Under The Stars. Some of his directing, producing, and acting credits include The Addams Family, The Insanity of Mary Girard, In My Mother's House, Rage, Miss Ever's Boys, Ceremonies in Dark Old Men, To be Young, Gifted, and Black, Of Mice and Men, Seven Guitars, Master Harold and the Boys, The Amen Corner, Fences, The Cover of Life, The Shadow Box, Bury the Dead, Romeo and Juliet, Medea, and Balm in Gilead, to name a few.  Cliff was instrumental in forming a theatre production company that toured the country and has gone on to gross over $40 million in revenue.   He has worked across the country touring stage plays and worked in the film industry with companies such as Nike, Pepsi, Sony, Dreamworks, Howard Talent West, Pastorini-Bosby Talent, and A-Plus Actors Agency.  He has previously served as Theatre Consultant and Associate Producer for the national stage play tour called, Men Cry in the Dark, which starred Allen Payne and Richard Roundtree, and for the national theatrical tour called The Maintenance, which starred  Billy Dee Williams, Darius McCrary, and Arnez J.   He has worked with notable Hollywood performers and agents such as Sean Blakemore, Andi Chapman,  Jeris Poindexter, Je'Caryous Johnson, and Tanisha Lynn to name a few.  Over the past few years, Cliff has continued to produce and invest in independent theatrical productions and educate secondary students in the arts and crafts of acting, directing, technical theatre, and production. He is affiliated with several organizations such as the Screen Actor’s Guild, Charles Gilpin Players, Encore Theatre, The University of Houston, and Theatre Under The Stars.
